About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join our growing clinic team. You will provide essential physical therapy services to adult patients within our clinic setting. You will play a vital role in helping individuals recover from injuries, manage chronic conditions, improve mobility, and enhance their overall quality of life.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients' physical condition, functional limitations, and movement impairments.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques.
- Provide direct therapy to patients, addressing a variety of musculoskeletal conditions, neurological disorders, and post-surgical rehabilitation needs.
- Educate and engage patients and their families in the treatment process, providing them with strategies and resources to support their ongoing progress.
- Monitor patient progress, documenting observations and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
- Collaborate effectively with other therapists (OT, SLP), physicians, and other members of the patient's care team within the clinic setting.
- Participate in clinic upkeep and organization, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for patients.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment interventions.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Valid and current state license as a Physical Therapist.
- Demonstrated ability to assess and treat a wide range of adult physical therapy needs.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient engagement skills.
- Experience working with diverse adult populations, including seniors.
- Knowledge of common adult health conditions and appropriate assessment tools.
- Experience in a clinic setting is preferred.
