Physical Security Intern

At Fever, we’re looking for a Physical Security Intern to join Fever’s Global Physical Security team. You will report to the Physical Security Manager and will be prompted to work with all Physical Security team members, assisting in the implementation of security measures across our events and corporate premises. 

You will learn to play an active role in supporting day-to-day security operations while gaining hands-on experience in a truly global environment.

This internship will entail leveling up on your proactivity, autonomy, and project management skills, as you will provide support and help the Security team coordinate with multiple Fever stakeholders to maintain the highest standards of security and protection for our people, assets, and operations.

About the role

As part of the Global Physical Security team, you will work closely with colleagues and partners who will both support you and rely on your contribution. You’ll gain exposure to a wide range of physical security functions on corporate environments, and occasionally on large-scale projects, such as:

• Assist in the daily management and monitoring of physical security systems, including access control, CCTV, and intrusion detection.
• Support the coordination of day-to-day security operations and administrative tasks.
• Help maintain and update physical security documentation, procedures, and trackers.
• Help conduct on-site inspections and assist in basic risk assessments under the supervision of the Physical Security Manager.
• Maintain and update records related to access credentials and system performance.
• Analyze global security guard service providers and local private security regulations and legislation where Fever operates and have in the expansion pipeline. 
• Help develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and technical documentation.
• Assist in reviewing and tracking maintenance schedules and service-level agreements for security systems.
• Assist in preparing security reports, presentations, and internal communications.
  
  

About You

• Degree or Master’s in Corporate Security, Risk Management, International Security, or a related field.
• Speak fluent English, with fluency in other languages a plus (especially Spanish). 
• Have an analytical mindset with excellent research and strong communication skills.
• Bring emotional intelligence to work (with international experience, whether living or working abroad a plus)
