- Develop, test, and deploy high-quality PHP applications using modern frameworks and best practices
- Design and implement efficient database solutions using MySQL and other relational databases, with a focus on performance optimization
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs that integrate seamlessly with front-end applications and third-party services
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and fellow developers to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Write clean, well-documented code and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, consistency, and knowledge sharing across the team
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues using analytical and problem-solving skills
- Participate in agile development cycles, contributing to sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives

**Required Qualifications:**
- 3+ years of professional experience developing web applications using PHP
- Strong proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and design patterns
- Solid understanding of relational databases (MySQL) and SQL query optimization
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for front-end integration
- Proficiency with version control systems, particularly Git
- Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in collaborative team environments
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix command line and basic system administration
