Requirements

• Tech Lead / Lead Developer experience. 
• Can lead on projects from start to finish on their own, with little support.
• Able to set working practices, standards, processes for the full SDLC (software development lifecycle).
• Ability to deal with legacy PHP code (unstructure code, without a framework) and some Laravel code too Ability to deal with MariaDB or MySQL databases at a high level - being able to architect clear database structures.
• Good communication - need someone who can talk to stakeholders and oversees colleagues well. (3 Developers and 1 Business Analyst)
• AWS experience was relevant, but now moving to GCP - so any kind of cloud experience is okay and acceptable, but we need either AWS, GCP or Azure experience.
• Willing to work with legacy technology. 
• Persistency.
• Collaborate with junior people in a bad codebase.

• Engage with business stakeholders.
• English: fluent.
