YOUR ROLE:
Join us as a PHP Back-End Developer and play a key role in building our SaaS platforms, including SiteBuilder, E-Commerce, and Email Marketing. You'll focus on crafting responsive user interfaces, ensuring seamless integration with backend services, and creating an intuitive, visually appealing environment for our customers. Being a part of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work with the latest technologies, contribute to key milestones such as the launch of new features, and make a tangible impact on the company's growth.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Developing and maintaining high-quality applications by consistently applying best practices and established design patterns to ensure robust and scalable PHP backend applications.
Writing clean, testable code.
Working closely with other members of SiteGround like Product Managers, FrontEnd Developers, QAs, DevOps Engineers.
Constantly challenging and expanding your knowledge of reliable software architecture, programming and new technologies.
Actively participate in code reviews.
OUR EXPECTATIONS:
A minimum of 3 years of experience with PHP.
Comfortable working with GIT.
Understanding and experience with OOP Paradigm.
Experience with a relational database (MySQL, PostgreSQL or other).
Solid grasp of the HTTP protocol and RESTful API design.
GREAT ADVANTAGE WILL BE:
Experience with PHP ^8.1.
Knowledge of SOLID principles.
Experience with unit testing.
Experience with Symfony.
Experience with API Platform.
Experience in HTML5, CSS3.
Good command of English.
Professional certification.
