As a Photo Producer, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth, high-quality execution of our studio production pipeline. Your focus will be on planning and coordinating the end-to-end production of packshot photography: from product availability through shooting, to final retouch and upload. This position is limited to 1 year and based in Robakowo.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

coordinate day-to-day studio production, working closely with photographers, retouchers, and logistics teams
create clear production briefings and ensure smooth communication with key stakeholders
support the Team Lead Product Imagery with studio operations, maintenance, and ad-hoc production needs
manage the weekly production schedule and ensure that deadlines and quality standards are met
proactively share updates, identify improvements, and contribute ideas to optimise workflows and efficiency

YOU COME WITH

3+ years of experience working in a content, creative, or studio production environment
solid project management abilities, a genuine sense of ownership for your work, keen attention to detail, and a proactive, solution-focused approach
the ability to balance several priorities at once and remain calm when deadlines are tight
confidence in preparing and presenting clear updates, improvements, or challenges to stakeholders
strong communication skills, both written and spoken, as well as fluency in English and Polish
