Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your time.

Who The Client Is: They are an Australia-based creative team that produces high-quality visual content to help businesses showcase their spaces, products, and brands. Their work focuses on using photography, video, and immersive media to create clear, engaging visuals that support marketing, sales, and brand storytelling.

Role Overview: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Photo Editor who can deliver high-quality real estate photo edits while also supporting light administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone with proven experience in real estate photo editing who is comfortable using Adobe tools and can communicate clearly in English. In addition to editing, the successful candidate will be trained to assist with email correspondence, online bookings, and file uploads to support daily operations as the business scales.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Edit real estate photos to a high professional standard using Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Camera Raw
  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and fast turnaround times for edited images
  • Manage basic administrative tasks such as responding to emails and calls, handling online bookings, and uploading files
  • Follow established workflows and quality standards
  • Communicate clearly and promptly regarding tasks, updates, and deadlines

Requirements

  • Proven experience in real estate photo editing
  • Must have strong work samples or a portfolio available to share
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Camera Raw
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection
  • Powerful and well-maintained computer setup capable of handling large image files efficiently
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and reliability
  • Willingness to learn and take on light administrative responsibilities
