We're looking for a full-time phone support & sales rep to take incoming calls and make outbound calls to:
Welcome new customers to our brand, and upsell additional products.
Take customer orders over the phone.
Answer basic billing questions.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Excellent customer service skills
Exceptional communication skills
Reliability and trustworthiness
2+ years of sales experience
Team player
Willingness to learn golf
Equipment Requirements:
Computer with at least 4GB RAM
50 MBPs internet with reliable backup
Windows/MAC operating system
Noise-canceling headset and camera
Quiet working area
