[Philippines] Regional Supply Chain Operations Planner

TLDR

The Regional Supply Chain Operations Planner will manage supply chain activities across Asia, ensuring efficient purchase order processes and supporting key operations objectives.

What you will do

 

  • PO Lifecycle Management: Execute the end-to-end Purchase Order process, including creation, verification, and systematic closing based on manufacturing rules, MOQs, and lead times.

  • Regional Order Support: Manage orders for Made-to-Order (MTO) and Made-to-Stock markets, including price verification, order confirmation, and processing via Global Planning Systems.

  • Goods Receipt & Verification: Record goods receipts and validate quantity and quality against delivery notes, resolving any discrepancies between physical arrivals and system records.

  • Lead Time & KPI Monitoring: Maintain shipping trackers to analyze lead times and shipment release performance, identifying causes for delays to ensure alignment with KPIs.

  • Inventory & Data Administration: Coordinate inventory reconciliation with distributors and manage the monthly upload of export sales and inventory data for specific regional accounts.

  • Financial & Cost Control: Verify service provider billings related to supply chain costs and manage Transfer Price (TP) updates in the system upon manager approval.

  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as a key liaison between Local/Regional Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Finance teams to resolve queries and ensure smooth procurement operations.

  • Compliance & Audit Readiness: Maintain meticulous filing and traceability for all GDP-related documents, including import licenses and shipping records, to support internal and external audits.

What you will bring to the role

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Pharmaceuticals, or a related field.

  • Over 3 years of SCM or Procurement experience within the Healthcare industry, ideally within a multinational company.

  • Hands-on experience across the SCM lifecycle, including materials management, logistics, warehouse distribution, and customer order fulfillment.

  • Solid understanding of pharmaceutical products (Medical Devices/OTC), manufacturing processes, and international business standards.

  • Thorough knowledge of quality standards and regulations, specifically cGMP and GDP.

  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Spreadsheets, Presentations, Flowcharts) and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proven ability to partner effectively with regional teams (Philippines, Australia, Indonesia) and work across functional boundaries.

  • Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment to meet strict KPIs.
