Key Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring compliance with provincial and federal regulations
Lead, train, and support pharmacy staff in delivering exceptional care
Provide clinical services including medication reviews, immunizations, and chronic disease management
Maintain inventory control and operational efficiency
Build relationships with patients, prescribers, and community stakeholders
Contribute to strategic planning and long-term growth of the pharmacy
Qualifications
Licensed and in good standing with the Saskatchewan College of Pharmacy Professionals (SCPP)
Minimum 2 years of pharmacy experience preferred; managerial experience an asset
Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in ownership or long-term commitment to the community
Willingness to relocate to La Ronge and become an integral part of the community
