Pharmacist

The pharmacist serves as part of the healthcare team at Novant Health byestablishing an authentic personalized relationship with the patient and theirchosen support system, collaborating with physicians and other team members toassess, plan, implement and evaluate an individualized plan of care thatpromotes optimal health. The pharmacist accepts responsibility, authority, andaccountability for management and provision of care in accordance with thecurrent policies and procedures.     **Qualifications:**    *  **Education** : Bachelor's degree required. Ph. D./M.D./D.D.S. preferred. Bachelor's Degree required. Doctorate in Pharmacy preferred.  *  **Experience** : Minimum of two years of hospital pharmacy experience and ASHP-accredited pharmacy practice residency preferred.  *  **Licensure/certification/registration:** Current Pharmacy licensure in appropriate state(s) or must be completed within 90 days of hire by either examination or reciprocity required  *  **Additional skills required:** Other duties as outlined in Novant Health and facility specific policies and procedures. Ability to drive/travel to multiple facilities/locations as needed.     Work Schedule      * Full time  * 8-hour evenings  * 40 hours per week     **Department:** Pharmacy
