Personnel & Payroll Operations Specialist

You Will:

• prepare and coordinate the flow of personnel documents across Polish and international RTB House entities;
• coordinate the hiring process for new Employees and Associates;
• participate in the creation, review, and updating of internal procedures;
• coordinate the preparation of documentation related to work permits for foreign employees;
• manage time tracking, attendance, absences, and the settlement of leaves and sick leaves;
• cooperate with accounting offices on payroll-related matters;
• support the preparation of internal reports, analyses, and summaries for business needs.

Desired Experience: 

• at least three years of experience in a similar role (experience with personnel documentation in foreign markets will be an advantage),
• excellent command of English, both written and spoken (minimum B2 level),
• knowledge of an additional foreign language will be considered a plus,
• experience in payroll calculation,  
• practical knowledge of MS Office applications,
• knowledge of social security and personal income tax regulations will be an asset, 
• good organizational skills, responsibility and teamwork skills, attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines,conscientiousness and reliability in performing assigned duties.
