Currently, we're looking for an Personal Assistant (PA) to highly accomplished
entrepreneur, investor, and philanthropist to manage personal affairs with discretion,
precision, and efficiency. This role requires a strategic thinker, problem-solver, and who
thrives in high-pressure environments.


This is not a traditional EA role — it is a lifestyle management position that requires
exceptional flexibility, rapid decision-making, and absolute confidentiality.


Location: Limassol
Job Type: Full-time, (offline)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordination personal calendar: workouts, doctor appointments, visits,
    and other engagements.

  • Support with nutrition-related matters: coordination with the chef,
    ordering meals, serving lunches at the office, arranging dinners at
    home/office/outside.

  • Household task management: handling parcels, purchases, and
    logistics.

  • Travel coordination: booking and rebooking trips, communication across
    different time zones.

  • Visa, banking, and document-related tasks (in English).

  • Event organization: from photo/video shoots to partner events.

  • Coordination with other assistants and myself.

  • Preparation of monthly work reports and basic financial reporting
    (expenses, receipts, deposits).

    Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar EA, Personal Assistant, or Lifestyle
    Manager role Experience supporting UHNW individuals or VIPs preferred

  • Outstanding communicational, organizational and problem-solving skills
    Willingness and ability to travel with the entrepreneur.

  • Flexible, adaptable, and solutions-oriented mindset

  • High level of emotional intelligence and service mentality

  • Tech-savvy (calendar tools, travel platforms, mobile apps, etc.)

  • Fluent English and Russian are required; Ukrainian or any other additional
    languages are a plus

  • Discretion, loyalty, and trustworthiness are essential

  • Interview with Chief of Staff and Head of Family Office - 60 min

  • Reference check

  • Final Interview with UHNW individual
