We’re looking for a highly organised, collaborative and proactive Personal Assistant to support our Head of Solutions and wider leadership team. What you’ll be doing:

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Head of Solutions and wider leadership team
  • Managing complex and fast‑changing diary arrangements
  • Organising travel and preparing itineraries and supporting materials
  • Handling correspondence and acting as a key contact on behalf of the Head of Solutions
  • Onboarding new team members and coordinating pre‑joiner information
  • Managing updates to organisational charts, biographies and web content with colleagues across the business
  • Collaborating with the Solutions Business Manager on ad hoc tasks and priorities
  • Contributing actively to leadership meetings and wider team initiatives

Who we’re looking for:

  • Experience providing high‑quality administrative support to a senior leader and wider team
  • Strong ability to coordinate and manage multiple busy diaries effectively
  • Previous experience in a financially oriented or similarly complex business environment
  • Confident and clear communication skills at all levels, including senior stakeholders and external partners
  • Proficiency across Microsoft Office applications
  • A collaborative team player who helps build morale and supports a positive team culture
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and adapt in a fast‑paced environment
