The Permits & Authorizations Coordinator – ATM Installations and Branding is responsible for securing all necessary municipal, regional, and national permits required for the deployment of ATM machines and Branding installation in Italian urban centers.

This role involves liaising with local authorities, ensuring compliance with Italian zoning laws, urban planning regulations, and public safety standards, and coordinating with internal teams, Sales and Operation, and third parties to ensure timely and lawful installation of ATM infrastructure and Branding.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify and manage all permitting requirements for ATM installations in compliance with Italian urban planning and construction codes.
  • Prepare and submit permit applications to municipal offices (Comune), regional authorities, and relevant regulatory bodies.
  • Liaise with local government departments (e.g., Edilizia Privata, SUAP, Polizia Municipale) to facilitate approvals.
  • Monitor changes in Italian legislation affecting public infrastructure and ATM deployment.
  • Coordinate with operations, sales teams and third parties to align permitting timelines with project and new ATM installations schedules.
  • Represent the company in meetings with city officials, public hearings, and community consultations.
  • Ensure compliance with accessibility standards (e.g., DM 236/1989), safety norms, and environmental regulations.

Requirements

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Public Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in permitting, regulatory frameworks, or infrastructure deployment in Italy.
  • Proven experience working with Italian municipalities and regional authorities.
  • Fluency in Italian, and good command of written and verbal English.
