About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Performance Tester with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in performance testing tools, frameworks, and methodologies. Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using LoadRunner and JMeter.

Participate in Agile ceremonies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support continuous integration and continuous testing initiatives.

Prepare and present detailed performance test reports and insights to stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to testing standards, processes, and methodologies throughout the project life cycle.
Support estimation, forecasting, sprint planning, delivery execution, and timeline creation for performance testing activities.
Troubleshoot issues independently and work with engineering teams to drive resolutions.
