Performance Tester

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute performance test scenarios including load, stress, endurance, and spike testing.
• Use LoadRunner to build and maintain performance test scripts and test suites.
• Analyze performance test results to identify bottlenecks, capacity limits, and performance risks.
• Work closely with development, infrastructure, and architecture teams to support performance tuning and optimization.
• Support performance testing across the SDLC including integration, system, pre-UAT, and production readiness testing.
• Manage and maintain performance testing tools, environments, and test data.
• Provide clear performance reports, dashboards, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Contribute to performance testing standards, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support multiple project teams by providing performance testing expertise and guidance.
