Performance Marketing/ UA Manager

What you'll be doing:

• Developing and executing user acquisition campaigns across various digital channels.
• Analyzing campaign performance and optimizing strategies to meet growth targets.
• Conducting A/B tests to identify effective marketing strategies and tactics.
• Collaborating with the design team to create compelling ad creatives.
• Tracking user data and building comprehensive reports to inform business decisions.
• Staying updated on industry trends and competitor activity to ensure a competitive edge.

Requirements

• Proven experience in performance marketing, particularly in user acquisition for mobile apps.
• Strong proficiency in digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and any other relevant advertising tools.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
• Experience with A/B testing and conversion optimization.
• A background in app marketing is a plus.
