Performance Marketing Specialist

Wallex, a leading financial services provider, is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition and engagement through data-driven marketing strategies. You will manage campaigns across various digital channels to maximize ROI and analyze performance metrics to continuously refine our marketing tactics.

In this role, you'll collaborate with other marketing professionals to create targeted marketing campaigns, conduct A/B testing, and leverage marketing automation tools. Your expertise will be instrumental in enhancing our reach, increasing our customer base, and driving the growth of Wallex.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to acquire new customers and increase engagement with existing ones.
  • Manage PPC campaigns, including Google Ads and social media advertising (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), along with display advertising initiatives.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the financial services industry.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven adjustments.
  • Collaborate with the content team to ensure messaging is consistent and aligned with marketing objectives.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools to nurture leads and strengthen customer relationships.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest performance marketing strategies and tools, implementing best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in performance marketing with a strong focus on digital channels.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in analyzing marketing data and performance metrics.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and experience in executing A/B tests for campaign optimization.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong project management skills.
