Overview:
We’re scaling fast across Southeast Asia and looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who can turn data into growth. If you’re obsessed with testing, iterating, and squeezing every drop of ROI from campaigns across social, search, and emerging channels. this role is for you.
This isn’t just about running ads. It’s about building a growth engine, leveraging the latest best practices in performance marketing and creative testing to drive results for both our brand and our clients.
Your day to day:
Strategize, launch, and optimize performance campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
Run experiments (A/B & multivariate tests) and push insights into action to scale ROI/ROAS.
Leverage analytics tools (GA4, GTM, attribution platforms, Zapier integrations) to get clarity in today’s messy multi-touch funnels.
Spot trends before others do, AI tools, automation hacks, new placements, and turn them into a competitive edge.
Collaborate cross-functionally with BI, Ops, and Creative, and work cross-country (PH, TH, ID, KH) to make sure data and storytelling power every campaign.
Balance big-picture growth strategy with hands-on execution.
Must Have:
3–5 years’ hands-on experience managing paid campaigns across Google Search/Display, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram.
Proven analytics skills: GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, plus expert in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
Data-driven problem solver: able to analyze large data sets, identify what’s working, and course-correct fast.
Ownership mentality: thrive under ambitious targets and find ways to hit them
Strong time management: juggling multiple projects and deadlines without dropping the ball.
