The Opportunity

Online Education Services (OES) is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in performance marketing who is ready to take the next step in their career.

Reporting to the Head of Performance Marketing, you will support the Performance Marketing Managers in the execution and optimisation of multi-channel campaigns across SEM, social, video and display. Your work will play a key role in driving student acquisition for our university partners, leveraging tools like Meta Ads Manager and SA360. You’ll be part of a collaborative team that values innovation, data-led decision making, and continuous learning.

Please note this is a 12 month fixed term contract.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Performance Marketing Manager in executing and optimising multi-channel campaigns across SEM, social, video, and display.
  • Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve lead generation and conversion.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment across messaging, creative, and landing page experiences.
  • Monitor budgets, track spend, and ensure campaigns are delivering against acquisition targets.
  • Contribute to a culture of testing, learning, and continuous improvement.

About You

  • 1–3 years’ experience in a performance marketing role (agency or client-side).
  • Hands-on experience with platforms including Meta Ads Manager and SA360 (required).
  • A data-driven mindset with a strong understanding of campaign metrics and ROI.
  • A collaborative, curious approach and a desire to grow your skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • A relevant degree in marketing, business, or similar (postgrad qualifications a plus).
