Performance Marketing Manager (Türkiye)

fal is building the next generation of generative media infrastructure. Our platform gives developers, creators, and enterprises a single API for the fastest, most reliable generative models across image, video, audio, and 3D. We’re growing fast, and performance marketing is a core driver of how we capture and convert demand.

Why this role matters

You’ll own and scale our performance engine end-to-end. From high-velocity model launches to paid acquisition across search and social, you’ll drive qualified traffic, conversions, and revenue.

What you’ll do

• Build and scale a high-performing acquisition engine across search and paid social
• Own Google Search: launch agile campaigns for frequent model releases and build always-on campaigns that convert high-intent traffic into revenue
• Own paid social (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit): collaborate with creative and content teams to produce quickly, test aggressively, and scale what works
• Partner with marketing and product teams to align on priorities, launches, and messaging
• Drive experimentation across channels, landing pages, and funnel conversion
• Analyze performance deeply: identify bottlenecks, surface insights, and recommend product and marketing improvements
• Build scalable reporting and attribution to tie spend to revenue
• The majority of the team is based in San Francisco; this role requires 3-4 hours of daily overlap with PST for alignment and fast execution.

You’ll thrive in this role if you

• Have 3-6 years of experience in performance marketing at high-growth startups
• Have strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit)
• Have experience in B2B and/or prosumer markets (developer tools, SaaS, or similar)
• Are highly data-driven and detail-oriented. You care about the numbers and what drives them
• Move fast, test constantly, and are comfortable operating in ambiguity
• Go beyond campaign execution. Proactively suggest product and growth improvements
