Job Description
- Partner with Tinder APAC to lead performance marketing
- Optimize campaign performance to meet business objectives
- Stay informed regarding new tools, partners, tactics, and market trends to discover new growth opportunities
- Comfortable with a culture of always-on testing and learning, including the rapid application of business signals into strategy, planning, and content iteration
- Communicate with stakeholders and make recommendations by identifying key insights from campaign performance
Qualifications
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- 6+ years of proven experience in the digital marketing field in the capacity of a Performance Marketing Specialist or a similar position.
- Comfortable working with analytics, attribution, and measurement systems
- Strong analytics skills and a data-driven mindset
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- A good command of spoken and written English is mandatory
