As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will lead the user acquisition strategy for Lucida AI’s global consumer product.
You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive profitable growth. This role is ideal for someone who understands mobile subscription economics, thinks in terms of LTV vs CAC, and thrives in fast-paced, data-driven environments.
You will work closely with product, data, and creative teams to scale Lucida AI’s user base globally.
◦ Plan and execute global user acquisition campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, and other channels
◦ Optimize campaigns based on key metrics such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, and retention
◦ Analyze campaign performance and continuously run experiments to improve efficiency and scale
◦ Work closely with creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and messaging
◦ Identify new growth opportunities across markets, channels, and audiences
◦ Manage budgets and allocate spend across channels to maximize profitable growth
◦ Collaborate with product and analytics teams to improve attribution, tracking, and funnel performance
◦ Monitor industry trends and test new marketing platforms and strategies
Requirements
◦ 3+ years of experience in performance marketing or user acquisition
◦ Experience managing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, or Apple Search Ads
◦ Strong analytical mindset and experience working with marketing data and performance metrics
◦ Deep understanding of mobile app growth and subscription business models
◦ Experience optimizing campaigns based on LTV, CAC, ROAS, and retention metrics
◦ Experience working with attribution tools, mobile analytics platforms, or MMPs is a strong plus
◦ Ability to manage marketing budgets and scale campaigns efficiently
◦ Strong collaboration skills when working with product, data, and creative teams
◦ Strong curiosity and experimentation mindset
◦ Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment
