Position Overview We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager with a growth hacking mindset and strong lower-funnel expertise to help our HR tech client generate high-quality job applications through paid social and job advertising. The ideal candidate is confident optimizing for conversions across multiple platforms. You’ll own the performance of paid campaigns, budget distribution, drive creative testing, and use data to continually refine results. Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and optimize high-performing campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and other digital platforms like Indeed to maximize job application volume.
  • Manage ad budgets effectively, ensuring campaigns are on track with pacing, spend, and target KPIs (CPA, CPC, ROI).
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies for ongoing performance improvement.
  • Create and adapt ad creatives in Canva, ensuring they align with client brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Analyze campaign data, extract insights, and provide strategic recommendations to improve ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategy with client recruitment goals.
  • Track performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and platform-specific dashboards.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed performance reports to stakeholders.
  • Qualifications and Must-haves
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience managing paid advertising campaigns (Meta/Paid Social), with proven success in lead generation or job application campaigns and measurable outcomes (central ROI and budget distribution, not just CTR/CPL).
  • Strong analytical mindset with a deep understanding of tracking and attribution, including proficiency in tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Proven ability to drive results (conversions, leads) while managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Skilled in setting up and optimizing conversion tracking and audience segmentation.
  • Proficiency in Canva or other creative tools for independent ad production.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with a strong ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Self-starter mentality who proactively and independently solves problems in a fast-paced environment.
  • Nice-to-Haves
  • Professional Certifications (e.g., Google Ads/Analytics certifications).
  • Practical experience with feed-based automation tools (Smartly.io, Hunch, Channable, or equivalent) and building automations using Excel.
  • Experience in HR tech, recruitment marketing, or similar industries.
  • Someone with experience in client-based account work.
  • Media buying models.
  • While we operate primarily in English, any level of German language skill is just a plus.
  • More Information
  • Client Context: You will be joining a German-based team with a global mindset. While the client is German, we operate primarily in English, and the candidate is not expected to speak German (though any level of German is a plus).
  • Fully remote work arrangement
  • The successful hire must be amenable to midshift schedule
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 4pm to 1am
  • 13th month pay + Government Mandated Benefits
  • HMO
  • Salary
    ₱80,000 – ₱90,000 per month
