About The Opportunity

As one of the world’s leading cryptocurrency exchanges, we are committed to building a world-class, data-driven, and strategy-led performance growth engine. To accelerate our expansion in Taiwan, we are looking for a passionate growth marketer who understands the Taiwan crypto market and can drive high-impact user acquisition at scale. This is a newly created, mission-critical role focused on driving growth in Taiwan. You will play a key part in strengthening our market presence and scaling our user base.

What You’ll Be Doing

Own the local market paid channel strategy and execution, including budget management, channel planning, and performance optimisation to drive user acquisition and trading volume.
Develop deep expertise in one or more core channels, using advanced strategies, experimentation, and continuous iteration to maximise growth efficiency.
Run full-funnel performance operations, including creative testing, audience segmentation, bidding optimisation, and landing page improvements through structured A/B testing.
Conduct data-driven analysis and user insights, building clear measurement frameworks, running precise attribution analysis, and transforming findings into actionable growth strategies.
Build scalable methodologies and SOPs, converting successful strategies and learnings into repeatable frameworks that uplift the performance of the broader team.
Collaborate cross-functionally with local marketing, brand, content, and product teams to ensure alignment and drive cohesive market growth initiatives.

What We Look For In You

3+ years of experience in performance marketing, with at least 1 year of deep, hands-on management and optimisation of one or more major paid channels.
Subject-matter expert in at least one key channel, with strong command of its algorithms, optimisation strategies, and latest growth tactics.
Exceptional analytical ability, strategic thinking, and strong cross-functional communication skills.
Prior experience or deep understanding of the crypto or fintech industry is a strong advantage.
Proven experience running large-scale Facebook/Meta campaigns is a significant plus.
