We're looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Lead to drive our user and driver acquisition strategy across Japan. As an on-demand logistics company, our success depends on connecting users with drivers effi ciently and cost-eff ectively through digital channels. What you'll do
Strategic Leadership & Planning
Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategy aligned with company growth objectives and revenue targets
Work closely with the Marketing Manager to plan and optimize budget allocation across performance channels (SEM, paid social, display, programmatic) based on campaign performance and ROI analysis
Build quarterly and annual marketing roadmaps with clear KPIs, milestones, and success metrics
Present campaign performance, insights, and strategic recommendations to leadership and stakeholders
Identify and evaluate new growth channels and opportunities for user/driver acquisition
Cross-Functional Leadership & Collaboration
Act as the performance marketing subject matter expert and strategic partner across the organization
Influence stakeholders and drive alignment on performance marketing initiatives and priorities
Foster a culture of experimentation, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement across marketing functions
Campaign Management & Optimization
Oversee end-to-end execution of paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), programmatic display, and emerging platforms
Drive continuous optimization of campaigns to improve key metrics: CAC, LTV, ROAS, conversion rates, and retention
Implement advanced campaign strategies including audience segmentation, remarketing, lookalike targeting, and dynamic creative optimization
Manage bidding strategies and budget pacing to maximize efficiency and scale
Analytics & Performance
Establish and monitor key performance metrics and dashboards for user and driver acquisition
Implement multi-touch attribution models and conversion tracking infrastructure
Conduct deep-dive analysis to uncover insights and identify growth opportunities
Design and execute A/B tests and growth experiments to improve campaign performance
Monitor and optimize customer lifetime value (LTV) to customer acquisition cost (CAC) ratios
Growth & Innovation
Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, platform updates, and competitive landscape
Test new channels, ad formats, and targeting strategies to identify scalable opportunities
Build and refi ne customer personas based on data analysis and market research
Develop strategies to improve conversion rates across the entire user funnel
Partner with creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages
What we seek
Experience & Expertise
Minimum 5-7 years of performance/growth marketing experience in e-commerce, tech, or on-demand industries
Proven ability to analyze campaign performance and recommend budget optimizations that deliver measurable ROI improvements
Experience owning end-to-end performance marketing strategy and execution independently
Demonstrated success scaling user acquisition in competitive markets
Technical Knowledge
Expert-level knowledge of performance advertising platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, programmatic advertising
Deep understanding of digital marketing funnels, attribution models, and customer journey optimization
Advanced profi ciency with analytics tools: Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, data visualization tools
Strong experience with A/B testing methodologies and experimentation frameworks
Hands-on experience with remarketing/retargeting, audience segmentation, and lookalike modeling
Working knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and conversion rate optimization
Analytical & Strategic Skills
Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable strategies
Strong understanding of key metrics: CAC, LTV, ROAS, CPA, conversion rates, retention
Experience building performance dashboards and reporting frameworks
