We’re looking for a fast, analytical, and highly disciplined operator to help us run and optimize paid acquisition campaigns. This is not a classic “PPC specialist” role.
You don’t need to live and breathe Google Ads already. We can teach PPC, as long as it’s something you will enjoy doing. For this role we want to know how quickly you think, how clearly you analyze problems, and how professionally you communicate.
If you enjoy working with data, spotting patterns, running structured experiments, and improving systems over time, you’ll enjoy this role.
What you’ll do:
Build, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns (training provided where needed)
Analyze performance data and identify what’s working, what’s not, and why
Make frequent, small, thoughtful optimizations across accounts
Maintain clean, well-structured campaigns and documentation
Run tests with intention and explain results clearly
Collaborate asynchronously with a distributed team
This role is hands-on and execution-heavy. You’ll spend a lot of time inside tools, spreadsheets, and dashboards.
What we’re looking for:
Must-haves:
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
High execution speed and comfort working quickly across tools
Clear, professional written and spoken English
Comfort explaining your reasoning
Reliable, structured, and detail-oriented
Able to work independently in a remote setup
Nice-to-haves (but not required):
Experience in PPC, performance marketing, analytics, ops, or consulting
Experience with Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, or similar platforms
Background in analytical or operational roles
What we explicitly care about:
How fast you learn
How clearly you think
How professionally you communicate
Working conditions:
Contract type: B2B / freelance
Hours: ~20 hours per week
Location: 100% remote
Timezone: European preferred
