Performance Marketer (Meta)

We’re looking for a performance-driven marketer to scale Huzzle to 10M ARR. You’ll work side-by-side with our Growth Lead and Designer, test new verticals fast, and scale our Meta Ads accounts to the next level.

What you’ll do

Own and scale Meta Ads as our primary growth channel
Rapidly test creatives, audiences, and verticals — double down on what works
Manage and scale accounts to multi-XXk monthly spend while hitting CAC/ROAS targets
Collaborate with Growth Lead and Designer to launch high-performing campaigns
Explore and validate other channels (LinkedIn, Google) as secondary growth levers

Requirements

Must-haves

3+ years in performance marketing with proven Meta Ads expertise
Experience scaling paid media accounts to multi-XXk monthly spend
Strong analytical skills; comfortable in spreadsheets and dashboards
Growth mindset: test fast, learn fast, iterate faster

Bonus points

Hands-on experience with LinkedIn or Google Ads
Startup or scaleup growth experience
Strong creative eye or design skills
