This is an exciting opportunity for a Performance Marketer to join a dynamic and fast-growing event and marketing team in Sydney.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok and Google.
  • Analyse campaign performance data to identify trends, improve CPA and increase conversion efficiency.
  • Build weekly performance reports that clearly communicate outcomes, learnings and next steps.
  • Manage audience segmentation and list hygiene across CRM platforms.
  • Plan, write and send email marketing campaigns that drive engagement, repeat attendance and revenue.
  • Set up correct tracking and attribution across websites, pixels, events and ticketing platforms.
  • Work with creative and content teams to produce assets that match campaign objectives.
  • Continuously test messaging, formats and audiences to improve performance week on week.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing paid ads across Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok
  • Strong understanding of conversion goals, CTR, CPA, ROAS, and related metrics
  • Confident in building and scaling multi-phase campaigns
  • Ability to create reports and dashboards (experience with Looker Studio is a plus) and derive actionable insights from data
  • Fast turnaround time and clear communication skills
  • Familiarity with youth culture, nightlife, and event audiences is a strong advantage
