Role Overview



We are looking for a Performance Marketer to own our paid advertising strategy and drive measurable results across ABM, display ads, and paid campaigns. In this role, you will work with ad data daily, optimize ad spend, and deliver actionable insights to improve lead funnel performance. This is a highly hands-on, individual contributor role with a strong focus on execution and experimentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute all paid advertising campaigns, including display ads, PPC, and social ads.
  • Run and optimize ABM motions, targeting high-value accounts to drive pipeline growth.
  • Execute and support cold outbound and email-based acquisition initiatives in collaboration with sales.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on ad spend and campaign performance using KPI-based reporting tied to funnel outcomes.
  • Continuously test new ad creatives, messaging, targeting, and workflows to improve campaign performance.
  • Build, maintain, and optimize workflow automations using tools such as n8n or similar platforms.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align paid and outbound efforts with overall lead generation goals.
  • Use data-driven insights to adjust strategies, report on metrics, and deliver recommendations for improvement.



Requirements



  • 1+ years of experience in performance marketing, paid ads, or similar roles, preferably within B2B SaaS startups.
  • Demonstrated experience with workflow automation tools such as n8n; experience with AI-driven tools is a strong plus.
  • Hands-on experience across PPC, ABM, and cold email or outbound initiatives.
  • Strong ability to build and deliver KPI-based reporting across campaigns and funnel stages.
  • Experience working in startup environments with an execution-first mindset.
  • Strong understanding of paid channels, including display ads, search (PPC), and social media advertising.
  • Proficiency with ad platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and reporting tools.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot for campaign management, tracking, and reporting.
  • Analytical mindset with hands-on experience optimizing performance based on data.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Outgoing and proactive personality, comfortable presenting ideas and taking initiative.
  • C1 level of English.

Bonus: Experience with propensity models or predictive tools, and using data to shape campaign or content strategy.
