About the Role
Cambly is looking for a Marketing Specialist to support growth across APAC markets, primarily Korea and Japan. This performance marketing hybrid role leverages strong analytical skills and ownership in a combined paid ads and influencer marketing scope, with time split between managing paid acquisition campaigns and building creator partnerships.
You’ll work closely with global and regional teams to execute campaigns, optimize performance, and ensure all initiatives align with brand and business goals.
Performance Marketing (Paid Media)
Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and regional platforms (e.g. Naver, Kakao, Yahoo Japan, etc.)
Monitor daily performance and optimize ad campaigns for CAC, conversions, and overall marketing efficiency
Test new creatives, audiences, and platforms in collaboration with creative teams
Support global campaign execution and follow launch calendars
Create monthly campaign reports and creative analysis
Provide inputs for growth forecasting and budget planning, and share insights to optimize future campaigns
Influencer Marketing
Identify and manage influencer partnerships aligned with target audiences
Reach out to influencers, negotiate, and secure contracts
Plan and execute influencer campaigns across platforms like Instagram and YouTube
Manage timelines, deliverables, and content approvals
Maintain strong relationships with creators and agencies
Support global campaign execution and follow launch calendars
Create monthly campaign reports and creative analysis
Provide inputs for growth forecasting and budget planning, and share insights to optimize future campaigns
Collaboration & Market Insights
Work cross-functionally with Brand, Creative, Social, and Paid Media teams
Ensure campaigns are culturally relevant and localized for APAC markets
Stay informed on market trends, platform updates, and competitive activity
Required
4 years of experience in performance marketing, influencer marketing, or digital marketing
Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta platforms
Experience managing influencer campaigns from start to finish
Strong analytical skills with expertise in data-driven decision-making and performance optimization
Excellent organization and project management skills
Native in Korean and fluent in English
Understanding of the Korean digital ads and influencer marketing landscapes
Nice to Have
Experience with APAC platforms (Naver, Kakao, Yahoo Japan, etc.)
Experience working with influencers across multiple markets
Basic Japanese proficiency
Familiarity with influencer or analytics platforms
Someone with a strong sense of ownership and pro-activeness
Data-driven and detail-oriented
Comfortable balancing paid media and influencer responsibilities
Collaborative and adaptable in a fast-paced, global environment
Curious and eager to test, learn, and optimize
