Job Description:

We’re looking for a Creative Strategist & Performance Marketing Specialist with a strong background in paid social media marketing, media buying, and creative production to help manage and scale advertising campaigns for our clients. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and blends creative execution, project management, and performance marketing. You’ll play a critical role in bringing data-backed, high-performing creative ideas to life and act as a thought leader in social advertising.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize Facebook/Meta ad campaign creative to drive performance and meet client goals.
  • Own the creative process end-to-end—from brainstorming concepts to sourcing (via Upwork, AI tools, etc.), light editing in Canva or CapCut, QA, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with media buyers and CRO experts to ensure cohesive, effective ad funnels across the entire customer journey.
  • Proactively source or create high-quality ad creatives using modern tools like AI content/image generators, Upwork freelancers, Canva, and CapCut.
  • Provide light website optimization support—identify friction points and collaborate on landing page improvements using basic CRO principles.
  • Manage all creative assets and campaigns to ensure they are delivered on time, meet quality standards, and follow platform best practices.
  • Continuously analyze creative performance data to inform iterations, optimizations, and new testing opportunities.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in paid social media marketing, media buying, or creative project management—with a strong emphasis on Facebook/Meta Ads.
  • Proven track record of launching and managing ROI-positive ad campaigns.
  • Experience using creative sourcing tools like Upwork, as well as AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.) to support creative development.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Canva and CapCut to design, edit, or repurpose image and video ads.
  • Strong understanding of direct-response marketing principles and social ad creative best practices.
  • Familiarity with website optimization tools and basic CRO techniques (e.g., A/B testing, user flow analysis).
  • Excellent project management skills—able to manage timelines, deliverables, and team coordination across multiple projects.
  • Exceptional communication skills—clear, concise, and proactive.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, especially in remote, autonomous work environments.

Bonus: experience with other paid ad platforms (e.g., TikTok Ads, Google Ads) or creative strategy.
