  • Translate revenue objectives into clear product recommendations and experiments.
  • Conduct continuous benchmarking of competitor practices and industry trends to ensure our monetization UX remains a competitive advantage.

2. Full-Funnel Revenue Performance

  • Drive revenue across three core pillars: Subscriptions, In-App Purchases (IAP), and Advertising.
  • Collaborate with UA teams to provide "end-to-end" performance analysis, ensuring that acquisition spend is aligned with high-LTV users.
  • Run rigorous A/B testing schedules on pricing strategy, localized offers, and promotional seasonalities.

3. Store Management & Partnerships

  • Serve as the primary commercial lead for Apple (App Store) and Google (Play Store).
  • Monitor store evolutions to leverage new monetization features (e.g., custom product pages, win-back offers).

4. Performance Monitoring & Visibility

  • Design and manage performance dashboards tracking metrics such as ARPU, LTV/CAC ratios, and Churn.
  • Communicate performance audits and strategic pivots to senior leadership.

  • Experience: 2–3 years in App Monetization or Growth Product Management.
  • Economic Performance Mindset: You are obsessed with ROI and have a proven track record of moving the needle on revenue metrics.
  • Product Sensibility: You understand how app configuration impacts user behavior and can translate business goals into product requirements.
  • Experience with monetization platforms: Familiarity with platforms such as RevenueCat, Purchasely, or other subscription and in-app purchase platforms is a plus.
  • Analytical Expertise: Advanced skills in data visualization and market research/benchmarking.
