Through our technology and operational expertise, we help companies run structured capital campaigns, attract investors, and manage investor relationships at scale. As we continue growing globally, we’re expanding our team in Quito to support performance across active client campaigns.
The RoleWe’re looking for a Performance Analyst to monitor, analyze, and improve the performance of active capital-raising campaigns across our platform.
This role sits at the intersection of marketing, investor engagement, analytics, and operations. You’ll identify where campaigns are underperforming, develop improvement plans, and coordinate with internal teams to implement changes that drive measurable results.
Every campaign is different, which means this role requires strong analytical thinking, ownership, and the ability to collaborate across teams.
What You’ll Do
Campaign Monitoring
- Track active capital-raising campaigns and monitor key performance metrics
- Identify bottlenecks and performance gaps across the investor journey
Performance Improvement
- Analyze underperforming campaigns and propose clear action plans
- Recommend improvements across targeting, messaging, and funnel performance
Cross-Team Execution
- Work with marketing, investor relations, compliance, and product teams to implement improvements
- Ensure initiatives move forward and stay aligned across teams
Optimization
- Track results and continuously improve campaign performance
- Share insights and contribute to internal best practices
What We’re Looking ForMust-Haves
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with performance metrics, dashboards, or campaign data
- Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate across teams
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable identifying issues and driving solutions
Bonus Points For
- Experience in digital marketing, campaign management, or sales funnels
- Familiarity with CRM systems or investor engagement processes
- Experience working in fast-paced startup or fintech environments
- Experience using AI tools for analysis or workflow improvement
- Background in performance optimization or operations
