We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented People Team Intern to support our Workday implementation with a focus on change management and end-to-end testing. This is an exciting opportunity for a student to gain hands-on experience in HR technology, employee experience, and project execution. The intern will contribute to developing job aids, training materials, and other change management tools, while also assisting in Workday testing as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Change Management & Training Support
Assist in the development of job aids, FAQs, training guides, and other change management materials to support the successful adoption of Workday.
Help maintain an organized repository of change management tools to ensure easy access for employees and HR stakeholders.
Support communication efforts by helping draft announcements, email templates, and other engagement materials.
Workday Testing & System Readiness
Participate in Workday end-to-end testing, including documenting test cases, tracking issues, and providing feedback on system functionality.
Assist in gathering and analyzing feedback from HR teams and employees on system usability and process changes.
Support issue resolution by working closely with the project team to troubleshoot and escalate concerns as needed.
General HR Support & Collaboration
Work closely with People Operations to ensure smooth implementation of Workday-related initiatives.
Conduct research and benchmarking to support best practices in change management and HR technology adoption.
Assist with project tracking and reporting to ensure deadlines and key milestones are met.

Who you are:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field, and must be a rising senior who will have completed your junior year by the summer of 2025, a graduating senior, or a graduate school student to be considered
Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail
Interest in HR technology, change management, and process optimization
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, project-driven environment with multiple stakeholders
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with Workday is a plus

In order to be considered, you must be a rising senior having completed your junior year by the summer of 2025, a graduating senior, or a graduate school student
Interns are paid $21/ hour and are expected to work a full-time schedule (40 hours/ week)
The internship is a 10-week program beginning on Monday, June 9, 2025 and ending on Friday, August 15, 2025
The internship program will be hybrid—approximately 3 days/week in office
Edelman does not provide any form of housing reimbursement

An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs.
