Your Career Opportunity 

In this exciting career opportunity, you’ll work full-time from home on a temporary contract covering a maternity leave. You’ll report to both the Head of Talent and the Head of People Support.

In this role, you will have the chance to positively impact our culture and team member experience by managing not only day-to-day administrative and financial tasks but also assist with company-wide community events and internal processes which support our multi-cultural team around the world.Working within the People Support team, you will also help to streamline and enhance all administrative functions relating to our office spaces.Your key responsabilities will include:

  • Organize meetings, manage appointments, process office supply and other approved purchases, maintain invoices, log daily expenses, and track monthly KPIs.
  • Ensure office supplies and resources are restocked, handle deliveries and courier requests, manage postal mail, hot desks, and meeting room reservations across locations.
  • Assist with onboarding/offboarding, travel requests, company events, meetups, and implementing culture & community initiatives.
  • Manage switchboard/telephone calls, shared email accounts, and ensure data security, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Maintain office policies, attend office as required, and perform other duties as assigned.

  • C2 level in Spanish and C1 level in English preferred.
