About the Role:
To execute our global enterprise goals, the Strategic People Initiatives function requires a dedicated operational engine. This role serves as the bridge between high-level human capital strategy and global execution, reporting directly to the Sr. Director, Strategic People Initiatives. Acting as the "strategic air traffic controller" for the People team, the People Strategy & Enablement Manager ensures cross-functional alignment, clears systemic roadblocks, and drives change adoption across our global footprint.
The core accountability for this role is turning visionary HR strategy into measurable operational reality. By institutionalizing rigorous prioritization and dissolving functional silos, this leader decreases the "Time to Productivity" for all global initiatives, ensuring that the People team delivers high-ROI outcomes that protect capital investments and accelerate organizational synergy.
Remote candidates must be physically located within the United States.
Responsibilities
1. Operational Governance & Strategic Execution
Establish and lead a dedicated "operational engine" for the People team, utilizing Lean Six Sigma and PMP methodologies to standardize project delivery.
Institutionalize a rigorous prioritization framework to eliminate "initiative fatigue," ensuring global resources are focused exclusively on "Big Rock" activities with the highest ROI.
Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of global strategic initiatives, ensuring a 100% completion rate and alignment with enterprise-wide goals.
Maintain a "fixer" mentality, identifying at-risk projects early and pivoting resources to ensure successful delivery.
2. Change Management & Strategic Adoption
Define and implement comprehensive change management frameworks to ensure complex transitions—including M&A integrations and new leadership models—are fully adopted rather than just launched.
Design and execute corporate communications strategies that translate complex organizational shifts into clear, actionable narratives for a global workforce.
Mitigate M&A risk by driving a disciplined approach to talent retention and cultural integration, protecting the human capital value of acquisitions.
3. Cross-Functional Synchronization & Systems Thinking
Act as the "connective tissue" between HR, Finance, Legal, and IT to ensure seamless execution of people-related technology and policy rollouts.
Leverage indirect leadership to drive accountability across matrixed, cross-functional teams where no direct reporting line exists.
Synthesize complex datasets (e.g., GPTW Trust Index©) into executive-level stories that influence decision-making at the ELT level.
Build a measurable roadmap for the organization to become a world-class employer, anchored in data-backed cultural metrics.
Qualifications
Experience: 8+ years of progressive experience in HR Strategy, People Operations, or Strategic Project Management.
Certifications: Active Lean Six Sigma certification and/or PMP certification is required.
Project Leadership: Proven track record of managing large-scale project implementations and complex change management initiatives within a global organization.
Executive Presence: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to translate complex data into compelling executive-level narratives.
Indirect Leadership: Demonstrated ability to navigate a matrixed environment and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
M&A & Integration: Direct experience navigating the "people" side of M&A, specifically regarding cultural integration and talent retention.
Communication: Expertise in corporate communications, ensuring strategic alignment and clarity across diverse global populations.
