Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the end-to-end delivery of key HR projects (e.g., policy rollouts, onboarding/offboarding revamp, training scale-up, etc.)
  • Develop HR project plans, milestones, and success metrics to ensure accountability and progress tracking
  • Act as a liaison between People Services and other departments (e.g., IT, Finance, Legal, Operations) to drive alignment and collaboration
  • Represent People Services leadership in alignment or working meetings, ensuring outcomes are consistent with broader People strategies
  • Prepare materials such as decks, briefs, and updates for senior management meetings or company-wide communications (e.g., Town Halls)
  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness
  • Maintain project dashboards, reports, and tracking mechanisms to monitor progress across subfunctions

Requirements

  • Proven experience in People Operations, HR Projects, or Program/Project Management
  • Strong cross-functional project management and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, connect the dots, and drive execution in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced, scaling organization (startup or tech industry preferred)
