Assignment Summary:
The Specialist, Leave Experience will work to foster a cohesive, caring experience for WelbeHealth team members experiencing a need for leave of absence. Act as a primary point of contact between the company and the leave/accommodation and workers compensation program to support timely, compliant, and effective workplace accommodations. The person in this role will be the SME and be on point especially to manage the ADA accommodations and workers compensation processes and case management. Working closely with other Leave
Specialist(s), and our third-party administrator for leave administration, this role will be part of the team dedicated to manage and administer all aspects of employee leave programs such as FMLA, parental, medical, and personal leaves and workers compensation while providing a high level of support and empathy to employees navigating life events. The ideal candidate will combine compliance expertise with a deep commitment to employee well-being and engagement. Metrics and reporting on the Leave Experience by the Specialist, Leave Experience will be pivotal to workforce planning and other strategic people activities.
This reporting relationship of this assignment may change over time; as of January 2026, the Specialist reports to the Dir, Policy & Integrity. This assignment is remote and must be able to work PST time hours.

Salary/Wage base range for this role is $74,612 - $98,488 / year + Bonus. WelbeHealth offers competitive total rewards package that includes, 401k match, healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other qualifications.
