  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing HR guidance and support.
  • Align HR strategies and initiatives with business goals and objectives.
  • Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies.
  • Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required.
  • Partnering with the department leads to understanding and executing the organization's human resource and talent strategy, particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
  • Address and resolve complex employee relations issues.
  • Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
  • Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
  • Develops contract terms for new hires, promotions and transfers.
  • Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
  • Participate in the evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follow up to ensure training objectives are met.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
  • Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s Degree in related field preferred.
  • 3-7 years of HR experience with strong focus on employee relations and organizational development.
  • SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) preferred.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices and principles.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with HR metrics and reporting.
  • Proven ability to build trust and maintain confidentiality.
  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on, collaborative approach.
