ABOUT THE ROLE   As a key contributor on the People Team, the People Partner Manager (HRBP) will serve as the primary People Partner contact for the North America team, providing dedicated strategic consultation to two global, US-based executives whose organizations span multiple regions. You will drive our core talent management strategies across the global team as we continue to scale. This is an amazing opportunity for a passionate HR professional who is creative, knowledgeable in the tech landscape, and ready to build! Areas of focus: organisational development, employee engagement, performance management, leadership development, career planning, strategic capability building, talent analytics, and more. This is a hybrid role that requires 3 days a week in the office.   • Act as the primary People Partner for the AMER region, owning employee relations, HR policy guidance, and compliance while ensuring full alignment with global People strategy.
  • Drive organizational development across AMER - improving structures, ways of working, and manager capabilities to support scalable, high-performing teams
  • Partner with Talent, Total Rewards, and global People Enablement to implement and improve key people programs (performance management, development, feedback, engagement, succession).
  • Strengthen tools, processes, and training that enable managers to set goals, develop talent, assess performance, and drive accountability.
  • Lead and support talent reviews, development planning, and succession processes, ensuring consistency and clear decision-making.
  • Provide hands-on coaching to AMER leaders on org design, change management, talent planning, and complex people topics.
  • Communicate new and updated people programs, policies, and processes clearly across the region.
  • Manage employee relations issues and investigations with sound judgment and alignment to global standards.
  • Model strong execution, clear communication, and constructive collaboration to foster a culture of ownership and operational excellence.

  • WHO YOU ARE
  • 8+ years in the People /HR world, with at least 3+ years supporting executive leaders; Tech industry preferred
  • Proven experience in organizations that have undergone significant growth, change, and/or international expansion is preferred.
  • Solid experience in people/HR policies & procedures - and a track record of prioritizing, defining, developing, and rolling out scalable HR solutions that address the needs of the business.
  • Strong project management, stakeholder, and cross-functional collaboration skills; excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Passionate about scaling equitable and inclusive processes and programs.
  • Solid knowledge of the tech environment and understanding of the competitive landscape and trends in talent management.
  • Proven track record of taking end-to-end ownership and driving results; demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects or programs- work prioritization, planning, and coordination across teams.
  • Ability to build relationships and creatively solve problems while adapting to our dynamic business needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders; Proven ability to influence and negotiate cross-functionally.
  • Experience working with international teams with cultural curiosity, appreciation and awareness a plus.
