Coupling your experience (at least 5+ years) working in a professional HR environment ideally in medium sized multinational enterprise, you know how to establish strong relationships with stakeholders in other locations and how to influence outcomes.  You’ll have:

  • Experience in delivering a range of HR services, advice and administrative support, ideally with experience supporting colleagues in AU / NZ or UK
  • Business, Psychology or a related degree else a Post-grad HR qualification (nice to have)
  • Advanced MS Office Suite, esp. Excel, in being able to manipulate large volumes of data
  • HRIS maintenance
  • Xero (payroll app) for supporting employees with access to pay and personal information (nice to have)
  • Broad HR experience with an understanding of and exposure to the key processes that drive the employee lifecycle
  • Solid knowledge of Philippine labor law; exposure to AU HR practices (nice to have)
  • Strong experience in employee relations, policy administration, and HR governance
  • Energy and excitement for doing things a little differently in an environment where the foundations are being built
  • Collaborative in nature with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Advanced time management and organisational skill with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks and activities on time and to a high quality standard
  • Ability to solve problems and communicate ideas in a simple, structured and engaging ways
  • Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal to ensure you deliver key messages in a high impact way that influences outcomes
  • Comfort working as part of a high performing team where we constantly challenge the status quo and how things have been done before
  • Must be a self-starter with strong determination to see tasks through to completion

WORKING HOURS, LOCATION AND REQUIREMENTS

As this role supports DBC's Australian teams, hours of work will align with Australian Eastern Standard / Summer Time.

This role works in a HYBRID SETUP requiring on-site attendance atleast once a week and in order to be considered for this opportunity you must be able to demonstrate your home working environment is as follows:

  • conducive home office (free from noise and distraction)
  • main internet: wired internet of at least 100mbps
  • reliable back up internet: at least 20mbps speed
