About the role
At HackerRank, our People team exists to help every Hacker do their best work-wherever they are. We’re looking for a People Operations Generalist to support our growing, distributed team across the Americas.
This is a hands-on, hybrid role based in Santa Clara, CA, and you’ll be the go-to People Ops partner for AMER employees. You’ll work closely with our global People team while owning the day-to-day People experience in the region - from employee lifecycle moments to complex, sensitive situations.
This role is built for someone with real experience who’s ready to take ownership, move fast, and operate with a high degree of autonomy. You’re proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable navigating People processes independently, knowing when to act and when to ask. If you enjoy building trust, solving problems, and making things better as you go, you’ll thrive here.
