Drive the people operations and finance processes within a lean team, utilizing AI and automation to enhance efficiency and maintain a dynamic work culture.
We built data loading tool (dlt), the most popular open-source Python library for data loading, and we're now building dltHub, an AI-first data platform for Python developers. We're a team of 30, backed by Bessemer Venture Partners and Foundation Capital, with HQ in Berlin and in the US and hubs in the Netherlands and Canada.
We're looking for a People & Ops Manager to keep our business running smoothly. You'll own certain parts of people, finance & admin operations. You don't need deep experience in all of them, but you should have a strong track record in one and the drive to grow into the other.
We're a lean, well-functioning ops team and we intend to stay that way. We solve problems by building smarter processes, not by adding headcount. That means AI and automation aren't buzzwords here, they're how we work. We're looking for someone who's already using AI tools to get things done and is hungry to go further.
