Key Responsibilities
- Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms.
- Gather payroll data like leaves, parking and bank accounts, etc.
- Follow up contract renewal and employee profiles.
- Support on-boarding and off-boarding process.
- Prepare HR-related reports as needed (like reports to the government, turnover report, etc).
- Address employee queries about benefits (like number of remaining vacation days or so)
- Review and distribute company policies, contracts in digital formats or hard copies.
- Participate in organizing company events and careers days.
- This is a full-time job with a temporary contract.
Must-have Skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills; must be able to juggle many tasks, prioritize, maintain a positive attitude, and create an amazing employee experience all at once.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Interested in technology.
Nice-to-have:

AI Tooling Proficiency: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or last-year student who is waiting for the certificate.
