People Operations Intern

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Support on administrative tasks throughout the employee lifecycle, including contract preparation, certificate issuance, data maintenance, payroll processing, and managing corporate benefits
• Coordinate and execute seamless onboarding and offboarding experiences
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data by managing, maintaining, and verifying records in our HRIS
• Support employee relocation processes, including visa applications and work authorization management.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• You are available for at least 6 months, currently pursuing or already completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• Strong interest for People Operations topics, initial experience is a plus
• You combine a highly empathetic personality and a strong service mentality
• Fluent communication in German and English.
