The People Operations Intern will help support US People Operations. You will work with the director to maintain HR systems, help document processes, assist with reporting and analytics, help develop HR dashboards, support US onboarding/offboarding and contribute to continuous HR process improvement.
Responsibilities:
Help maintain HR Systems, including processing employee changes, updating databases as necessary; help document processes
Assist with reporting and analytics; help develop HR dashboards
Support US onboarding and offboarding processes
Contribute to ongoing HR process improvement initiatives
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Behavioral Economics, Data Analytics or a related field.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with Google Workspace or MS Office and willingness to learn HR software tools
