About Ogury
Ogury is a global adtech company that delivers Personified Advertising solutions grounded in privacy to brands, agencies and publishers by focusing on targeting personas, not people.
We deliver relevant audiences at scale and on quality publisher inventory thanks to our exclusive data, which is meticulously collected and crafted from millions of self-declared customer surveys, enriched with billions of impactful data points, and refined by AI. This results in audience insights and performance not available through any other adtech platform.
Founded in 2014, Ogury is a global organization with a diverse team of 500+ people across 19 countries.
At Ogury, our vision unites us all. But we know that it takes people from all walks of life to come together and make it happen. We embrace and celebrate what makes us different, creating a unique and winning culture where everyone feels safe, has access to the same opportunities, and is excited about bringing their most authentic self to work. Everyday.
Together we’re changing the face of adtech with values that inspire excellence, standards that encourage a leadership mindset, and an inclusive workplace where Ogurians are engaged and know they belong.

About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented People Operations Intern to support our global People Operations function. This internship is ideal for someone looking to start their HR career and gain hands-on experience across benefits, HR analytics, employee support, and global People Operations projects within a fast-paced international environment.
You will work directly with the Director, People Operations Global, and collaborate with People & Office teams across multiple regions to contribute to a seamless and consistent employee experience worldwide.
This internship is based in our Barcelona office, with hybrid working and at least two in-person days per week.
What you will be doing
Serve as a first point of contact for global employee inquiries related to compensation processes, benefits, policies, and general People Operations topics.
Support the administration and harmonization of global and local compensation and benefits programs, including updates, enrollments, documentation, and employee communications.
Assist with simple compensation-related tasks such as maintaining compensation data, supporting salary or job change updates, and handling ad-hoc compensation requests under the guidance of the People Operations team.
Help keep compensation information and systems updated to ensure data accuracy and alignment with global standards.
Contribute to a smooth and positive employee experience across all stages of the employee lifecycle.
Maintain and update employee records across global HR systems, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with data privacy regulations.
Assist in tracking and analyzing HR metrics (e.g., turnover, headcount, diversity metrics) and support the creation of global dashboards and reporting.
Support global data audits to ensure consistency and integrity across systems and regions.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes in collaboration with regional teams, ensuring alignment with global standards.
Assist with documenting and improving global People Operations processes, templates, and SOPs.
Help identify opportunities for process automation and improved global workflow efficiency.
Contribute to global People Operations projects, including policy development, operational optimization, and employee experience initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners — including Legal, IT, Finance, and regional People & Office teams — to support global initiatives and ensure cohesive execution.
Assist in managing relationships with global HR service providers and vendors.
What you will bring to Ogury
A strong interest in HR/People Operations and a desire to learn in an international, fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
