As Lalamove continues to grow, we’re looking for a People Operations Associate to join our team in Dubai, UAE. This is a hands-on role supporting the day-to-day People and office operations as we scale the business.
You’ll support day-to-day People and admin work, keep HR processes running smoothly, support employees across their lifecycle, bring structure to a fast-moving environment, and work alongside the People Manager to deliver a great employee experience.

What you'll do:
Maintain accurate HR records, systems, policies, and user guides.
Prepare employment-related letters and documentation.
Support the recruitment process, edit and post job descriptions across all hiring channels.
Support onboarding, offboarding, and immigration processes.
Coordinate company and ad hoc events.
Support general office administration, including HR/People related vendor payments, supplies, and office maintenance.
What we seek:
1–2 years HR/admin experience in the UAE
Familiarity with UAE labour laws, HR processes, payroll, and vendor coordination
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality
Proactive and able to prioritize tasks, work independently, and manage time effectively
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Associate/Degree in Business Administration, HR, or any related field
Hospitality, start up or high-growth experience is a plus
Proficient in Google Workspace is a plus
